The Mill House is a vocational rehabilitation program for individuals with brain injury who live in the Metro Richmond area. The program provides an array of community based and vocational services designed to help survivors of brain injury achieve greater levels of independence and productivity. The Mill House is part of Virginia's safety net service system for persons with brain injury.

Frontier Industries is dedicated to empowering people with developmental, emotional and/or physical disabilities offering vocational, employment, residential, developmental and community integration services to achieve personal independence. Supported Living offers needed supports for adults with developmental disabilities who choose to live in their own homes.

Medicaid Waiver programming at Goodwill focuses on providing supports to individuals so they may achieve their personal goals and objectives. The programs operate in accordance with the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services licensing regulations. Individuals receive services both in the Goodwill center and community based settings depending on their preference and interests. Discovery Services are Day Support programs at Goodwill. Through the programs, individuals will receive the support they need to acquire, retain, and improve their skills in areas that they have identified. A wide variety of opportunities, in both community and center based settings, for peer interactions, enhancement of social networks, and to build natural supports will lead to greater independence. Individuals enrolled in Discovery Services may participate in Group Day Support, Community Engagement, or Community Coaching services. Programing is offered at the Roanoke Jobs Campus, Radford Jobs Campus, and Rocky Mount Jobs Campus. Individuals living in Goodwill's 31 counties and 13 cities service area are eligible for services, however are responsible for their own transportation.

An adult day program for those needing intensive support, provides various opportunities for volunteering in the community, social development, activities of daily living and community integration through leisure interests.

Provides toll-free consulting services designed to increase the employability of people with disabilities by: 1)providing individualized work site accommodations solutions, 2)providing technical assistance regarding the ADA and other disability related legislation and 3)educating callers about self-employment options.
